SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM

 

Michael Green

Managing Director

Michael has been in the construction industry for 25 years starting as a site engineer for Alfred McAlpine.

He spent a period working for key sub-contractors on large schemes before returning to main contracting with Bovis Lend Lease during which period he was involved in schemes in excess of £100m.

Michael progressed to managing the largest secondary school on the grouped Wirral Schools PFI project before joining Kajima on the new HSE headquarters building in Bootle, Liverpool.

In 2004 Michael started RED Systems and now serves as our Managing Director.

Dan Ruygrok

Pre-Construction Director

Dan initially began his career working for Main Contractors, he eventually managed the envelope package for Kajima on the HSE Headquarters in Bootle.

After gaining experience managing the envelope package Daniel joined Schedldebouw part of the Permasteelisa Group working on a number of complex unitised façade projects.

Daniel has subsequently gained experience working for a number of European Façade companies before re-joining RED in 2016 to undertake the role of Project Manager responsible for all Pre-Construction planning and Activities.

Daniel is the RED company expert in planning high rise project and undertaking programme and logistics plans. Precise and organised he is responsible for assessing REDs ability to deliver a project and then formulating a delivery plan with our clients at Pre-Contract stage for execution.

Jonathan Nash

Head of Sales & Estimating

With over a decade of experience in the glazing industry, Jonathan brings an array of disciplines to

RED Systems. After joining RED in 2015 – he was tasked with bringing new and innovative ways of improving the estimating process. This was successfully implemented following a new streamlined process in which the latest technology was incorporated into controlling our budgets from point of estimate to commercial handover.

A key member of our ‘Continual Improvement’ team – Jonathan is always keen to embrace new methods of improving existing processes to ensure that even within a busy marketplace, customer service remains as a top priority.

THE WHOLE TEAM

We are very proud of all the members of our RED team – no doubt you will get to meet many of them throughout your journey with us. Under the guidance of our Senior Management Team, our various Heads of Department and their staff provide an extremely efficient service for all our clients – from initial enquiry to order placement through design and ultimately to final handover.

 

We are committed to continuous improvement and as of January 2020 we are delighted to have 3 members of our team going through Degree Apprenticeships, 1 going through a Facade Engineering Degree and 1 going through a Level 4 Diploma. We are already seeing the benefits as new ideas are beginning to be implemented and we are certain that we will continue to see the benefits of our commitment to our team.
